Our Journey
Inspired Dental Solutions was founded by Sierra Gonnella, an ICF-Certified Life Coach, Dental Consultant, and a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in the dental industry. Having worked in clinical, managerial, and leadership roles, Sierra witnessed the gaps in traditional dental education—particularly in emotional intelligence, leadership development, and team empowerment. Determined to fill these gaps, she launched Inspired Dental Solutions in 2022 to challenge the status quo and raise the standard of dental practice management.
